By accessing the information in Surplus Fast-Track training course hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Terms and Conditions:

You must be 18 years or older in the jurisdiction where you reside.
You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is true, accurate and complete.
You acknowledge that Surplus Fast-Track or Thinkific will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Surplus Fast-track or Thinkific cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for security Login and Passcode.

2. Account Activation:

The person signing up for the Surplus Fast-Track online course will be the contracting party (“Enrolled Student”) for the purposes of our Terms of Service and will be the person who is authorized to use the training course as we may provide to the Enrolled Student in connection with the Surplus Fast-Track training course.
If you are signing up for the Course on behalf of someone else, that person shall be the Enrolled Student.

3. Payments & Subscriptions:

A valid credit card is required for accounts able to process orders using a live payment gateway. Accounts used for development purposes (unable to process orders using a live payment gateway) do not require a valid credit card.

Paid plans for services or products will be billed in monthly. When your billing period is over, the Enrolled Student will be sent an invoice 10 days before termination of service via the email provided.

If you are resident in the U.S., Taxes may apply to purchase of online course, subscriptions, product, or other Surplus Fast-Track ecommerce Services (“Taxable Offerings”). Any applicable Taxes are based on the rates applicable to the U.S billing address you provide to us, and will be calculated at the time of purchase of the applicable Taxable Offerings
Checkout requires that all enrolled students first sign-up and then pay for their online purchase.
Recurring (subscriptions) payments and payment plans are only offered through Thinkific Payments and Stripe integration. PayPal currently only allows for one-time payments (unless you've configured a custom workaround).
You agree that Thinkific can directly access your Stripe or PayPal payment, including information about your transactions (including purchases, refunds, cancellations, and price adjustments) and Stripe account balance (your “Connected Account Data”), in order process payments and refunds, handle disputes, process Chargebacks, and any other activity necessary to provide Thinkific Payments or other Services in accordance with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and you give us express authorization to conduct any of the above activities on your behalf through your Stripe Connect Account.
Thinkific.com Inc, may exchange Connected Account Data with Stripe as necessary to detect and prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity, and otherwise to allow Thinkific and Stripe to each comply with Thinkific legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Returns and Refund Policy:

We agree to process cancellation on monthly subscriptions through Thinkific Payments site in accordance with the following Terms of Service and any applicable through your payment card network rules or Thinkific Provider’s terms.

NO Refunds/Returns for purchased online services or products. Once customer has purchased a digital product and enrolled in the online course, they will NOT be able to return digital services or products, or receive a refund. A FREE online Mini Course was provided to give the consumer the opportunity to determine if he/she wants to invest into the Full online Surplus Fast-Track training course with “disclaimer” that the course will be Non-refundable.
Enrolled Students must dispute any discrepancies or errors of pricing in their invoices within 14 days of their receipt of an invoice/bill for adjustments.
NO Refunds for Subscription Services. Any advance payments made before student decides to cancel monthly subscription is non-refundable.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Once cancellation is confirmed via email response from [email protected], your subscription will be immediately terminated at the end of the paid monthly subscription. You will receive one final invoice via email until your monthly subscriptions has fully ended. Once that invoice has been paid you will not be charged again.
We DO NOT provide cash refunds to a customer in connection with a card sale, unless required by law and
We DO NOT accept cash or any other item of value for preparing a card sale refund.

5. Third Party websites and Products:

Surplus Fast-Track training course products may include subscriptions, products, or services. Such subscriptions, products or services are owned by LL Precious Homes LLC.

6. Indemnity:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Surplus Fast-Track, its affiliates and their officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your user content, use of the Site, or violation of any of these Terms.

7. Feedback:

Any comments or materials sent to [email protected] , including without limitation feedback, such as questions, comments, suggestions or any related information regarding the training course hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc or any other products, or services of Surplus Fast-Track ("Feedback"), shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Surplus Fast-Track shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Feedback and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works and distribute the Feedback to others without limitation and shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such Feedback.

8. REPRODUCTIONS:

Any authorized reproductions of any of the information contained in the Surplus Fast-Track course, herein must include copyright notices, trademarks, or on any copy of the materials made by you. The local laws govern the license for the online course and use of this website.

Surplus Fast-Track course hereby admonishes you to make sure that you completely understand all of the risks before downloading any of documents (including without limitation, the potential infection of your system by computer viruses and loss of data). You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection.
